Heather makes booking a load so easy, from quoting to delivery. She responds to emails quickly and is always available to help. We have had a few emergency loads and she was able to get them covered with no problem and they picked up same day. Another time we had a two-stop load that was loaded backwards and she realized it on a Friday after hours and was able to call the delivery contact and get that sorted out so that little to not time was lost on Monday. I mostly use her for truckload, but her other services are great as well, I have recently used her for a few LTL loads. The prices are always competitive, and the service is outstanding on everything that she handles!
